The Waveline children’s flute was developed especially for small children. Therefore, children can start to learn how to play the flute from the age of 5 onwards.
How long shall children play the Waveline children’s flute?
Changing to the big concert flute too early may cause malposition of the body. In order to avoid this, children should play the Waveline children’s flute up to the age of 11 – 12.
Is the Waveline children’s flute a regular flute at all?
Yes, it has the same range and tuning as the concert flute. The lowest tone of the Waveline D flute is d1, and the lowest tone of the Waveline C flute is c1.
